Love Letter

Found this on my car this morning!!!

Cutest note ever! I LOVE HIM SO MUCH!
(I love how he even thought to put it in a plastic bag, considering the amount of moisture we've been getting)

The lyrics are from our two songs.

The first is from Cruise by Florida Georgia Line.

The second is from Turn My World Around by Gloriana.

The part I love best is he went through the songs and picked the lines that meant the most to him. They aren't in order as the song goes.

The last lyric in the note Trevor writes, "One dream, so right, two hearts are one..."

The next word in the song is "tonight" Trev wrote "FOREVER".

You Make Me Happy

Wednesday we went on the best date in the history of the world.

We drove to Provo which was awesome, because Trevor is awesome and I am awesome and being together is awesome.

We ate at JDawgs, which is a whole other kind of awesome.

We played half an hour of laser tag with a big group, and half an hour with just us and Kip and his girlfriend. So fun! 

After we went over to the Christmas Cruise on the Provo river, which was incredible!! The lights are incredible, and it's so pretty with them reflecting off the water. They had the nativity set up, complete with music. It was so fun! I highly recommend it.

We concluded the night with the 45 minute drive back to SLC, which was the perfect ending to a perfect night. Just us time. We laughed the entire way home.

Bonafide Working Girl

Today I was offered a Portfolio Coordinator position in the Missionary Portfolio in the Ecclesiastical Department in ICS for the LDS Church. Whew.


This is such an incredible blessing. I am so ecstatic. The position will require more training and much more responsibility, all of which I am so excited to take on. This will be great for my career.


I am so grateful for all my coworkers who were so helpful finding this position and making it happen.


When they offered me the position, they told me it was a nightmare to get everything transitioned to accommodate me. Which means they really wanted me! Score for me.


I get full benefits. An increased salary.


For the first time in my entire life, I have a full time job.


Oh, and I’m going to Barbados for a week at the beginning of April.
